I really liked Aaron's dot map of WV I just thought the map was very well proportioned and looked nice.

I liked Liza's Proportional Symbol map the symbol was very cute and colorful. Map had a good layout.

I like the background and layout of this map. It kind of sucks you in and makes you want to see what it is all about.

I really like the layout and design of this map. I actually found it on one of the other students favorite maps, but it is also one of mine.

I like this map because it is different. I like the symbol and extra little sign on the map.

Color Natural Breaks Map
Now that I see my map on print and online I like the online version better. It looks more crisp and bright then the one that was printed. I do however like the natural breaks because it really shows the changes unlike in the other lab when using Equal Interval. If I would have used that data then it would be mostly the lighter pink coloring all over the middle US and the natural breaks makes the different states pop out a bit more.

Greek map awesome fonts
I chose this map because it uses such unique fonts that are distictive and make the map look like it is from another time. Look at the A on Agean Sea that is not something you would see on a regular map today.
I like that they used more designs on the map like on the title it is within a different type box with greek looking design.

reason I chose my links
GMU Geography Department - is where I can get information on the Geography department at George Mason University. I am a new transfer student to the school so I find it helpful in knowing what I need to do to graduate.
Cartography Class - Link to our Cartography class where we will communicate during class.
US Census Bureau - Link that has all types of useful data. It is all the census data I will be using in my Urban Geography class this semester.
Wikimapia - This is a google earth type map site, but where individuals all over the world can post things about different areas of the world. It is like Wikipedia, but with googleEarth.
Inner Health, Outer Beauty - This is my website so I figured I would post it so that others can see what I do in my spare time.
National Geographic - This is an amazing site with wonderful pictures and interesting articles from around the world. It talks about anything and everything relating to geography.
